1. Check availability of the Octotel network at your address.

2. Pick the plan you want (25/25, 55/25 or 300/200) and sign up with UrbanConnect.

3. Activate:

   • New installs or reconnects: Octotel schedules the installation/activation date.

   • Existing UrbanConnect customers on Octotel: send an email to support (subject “Octotel Upgrade Request”) specifying the package you want; the team will check eligibility, process the change and schedule with minimal downtime.
